The FizCam 2000 Fizeau interferometer combines vibration tolerance, instantaneous phase measurement, the ability to isolate surfaces, and the ability to measure remote and solid cavities, for highly accurate characterization of telescope optics, general-purpose optics and disk drive media. The system simultaneously captures four phase-shifted interference patterns, allowing high-resolution measurement even in the presence of vibration and air turbulence. Its unique design allows instantaneous measurement of a wide range of optical components and systems.

| WAVECAM TM WAVEFRONT INTERFEROMETER |

The WaveCam 1000 was designed to test the next generation of CD, Blu-ray and DVD pickup heads. The WaveCam incorporates a single frame, dynamic phase sensor that makes measurements in tens of microseconds and works equally well with pulsed or CW sources. The system has true multi-wavelength capability, with all optics coated and corrected for 780, 650, and 405 nm wavelengths. An optional collimated reference source enables testing of small diameter parts from 2 to 6 mm in diameter.

|
The DiskCam 2000 dynamic Fizeau interferometer provides high accuracy measurement of polished aluminum and glass disks/ media, even in the presence of vibration and air turbulence. Featuring a proprietary laser source, the system enables measurement of both sides of uncoated glass disks in a single setup, without the need for extraneous coatings to control multiple interference fringes. The DiskCam's single camera, high-speed optical phase sensor makes wavefront measurement in as little as 30 microseconds, so it can be operated under almost any conditions, including raised floor clean rooms or other noisy production facilities. The DiskCam can be configured for simple, high volume production operation and is compatible with most existing database systems. Its R&D configuration provides the flexibility to measure disk shape, clamping effects (including multiple disk stacks) and dynamic modal analysis of spinning disks.

The SpeckleCam Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometer (ESPI) measures the change in shape of structures with diffuse surfaces. Its patented, single camera pixelated sensor enables high spatial sampling. Rapid data acquisition permits accurate testing and quality control on the production floor, without the need for costly vibration isolation hardware. With the ESPI, a baseline measurement is made, then subsequent measurements are compared to it, to determine deformation. Measurements can be made synchronously or asynchronously with respect to object motion. For measurement of vibrational deformation, synchronous capture can examine changes over a wide frequency and phase spectrum.
